This looks more like a Western animation style wise vs. Japanese anime.

I remember first discovering Tomoki Misato's works when I stumbled upon "My Little Goat" on Youtube during COVID. It's not often you come across a darker retelling of a fairy tale that's actually compelling and has an uplifting ending.

Was wondering when we would get this announcement with Misato posting new designs and Line stickers the past few months (and it getting its own Twitter account). But Tomoki Misato hype!
Most people will know him for his wool felt puppet animation with Pui Pui Molcar, My Melody & Kuromi and My Little Goat, but these gelly candy like characters (apparently it’s acrylic and plastic board here) already show up in his first year [student film](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLemmIBVqwo) at Geidai. Prefer the designs of the [short film](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95sxj_JR1Ao) they released when Wit Studio established a stopmotion studio with Misato over those from the new [PV](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mquh3vRahqs), but well everything by him is a must watch for me. Also already in April? Wasn't expecting a new work of his to air so soon after My Melody & Kuromi.
