Frieren

FMA:B is also a 10/10

Re:zero imo is a 10/10 but it’s my favorite anime so I’m bias and that is not the general consensus

Also don’t forget JJKs new season started airing today so you have 2 episodes of the newest season to watch .

Also the chainsaw man movie is a masterpiece but you should watch the first season before

Fearless-Problem-4682026-01-09 00:34

Rezero better then steins gate?

the-big-dingo2026-01-09 00:37

That’s a personal preference, again re:zero is my favorite anime so I’m very bias in its favor

The_Sedgend2026-01-09 01:30

They're so different I would defo say watch both and decide for yourself

QcDiablo2026-01-09 20:59

imo yes but some of it definitely comes with the sheer length of Re:Zero.

It's one of the longest published written works in the world (and not finished yet) so it obviously has a lot more time for foreshadowing and going deep into certain subjects.

Dolomite8082026-01-09 00:31

FMA:B is a great show, I think every anime fan should at least try it out.

Few mentioned rezero so here we go:

If you love steins gate character writings then Re:ZERO is also one of those shows where they dive deep into the characters, it's a psychological mystery theme/genre after all. It's also a well executed time travel anime where it has high stakes for our main character's ideology and mentality. It's a suffering anime where it actually has amazing character development. The dialogue is comparable to steins gate.
