Morality is relative in the series and no characters are saints, yet they're not fully "evil" regardless.
Reze is also a victim of her circumstances more than anything. She's literally raised as an assassin by the Soviets. Only with Denji she had a peek of what "normalcy" might be like
Living these emotions is a way for me to appreciate whatever media I'm experiencing.
A scene that a read in a novel once made me cry a handful of times over a few days and left me in shock for even longer. But overall I felt it was incredible that the author of what I was reading made me feel that way and I felt the scene was absolutely beautiful from start to finish.
I don't need to heal. Being able to experience those kinds of feelings from a piece of fiction is something I enjoy and see as a sign of quality.
But I must insist that I may not be as sensitive to those things as you may be. If you feel depressed from those kinds of scenes and moments in fiction in a way that negatively affects your life, then it's more than likely better if you try and avoid them.
If you get to watch or read Re:Zero at some point, just know that it is, at its core, a hopeful story that highlights the good things at the end of the tunnel: it's what the main character strives for. I also don't think it's necessarily worse than CSM's Reze Arc in terms of trauma.
