so I was just scrolling on YouTube then I remember this one anime but I couldn’t find it. It’s about an alien girl who only age one year per 100 years and in love with a human boy, what’s the name of that anime?

I think I read that in Tonikawa the girl is almost immortal. And the two of them, by some sort of agreement, get married right from the first episode.

Chobits could be what you're looking for.

Aren't the chobit girls robots? Not aliens

You are corrected my friend, she's a robot not an allien.

I think that you are looking for Urusei Yatsura.
These r the details
Key Elements: Lum possesses abilities like flying and generating electric shocks and generally wears a tiger-striped bikini. While the premise involves an alien character, the specific detail about her aging only one year per 100 human years is a common trope associated with other sci-fi stories and is likely a description of her species' longevity rather than a central plot point in this particular anime's explanation of slow aging due to relativity or other specific mechanisms.
