I'm once again requesting help finding a decade old series
This is gonna be a bit of a weird ask, but here it goes nevertheless. I remember that back when I was around 8 years old, in what I can vividly recall being around January 2013, sometimes I see parts of a running anime series between rounds of playing with my console.
The only concise description of it that I have is that it had a main cast of around 4-5 people, where they had a small segment showing them as chibi (and running on the lower half of the screen from left to right) while as part of a song? This was somewhat puzzling because the series otherwise seemed to be a bit "gritty" although that might just be kid me seeing actual anime for the first time. There was a black haired girl with glasses I am 50% sure, and a classroom was shown. It didn't seem to be way older than the late 2000s
Under that definition yeah it could be any series under the sun, but maybe there was a particular famous run back then that could have made a 8 year old zapping channels to run into it on accident lol
