First episode is definitely an outlier. They put all of their resources there, but you may still like the rest of the series. Just don't expect any sort of deep storytelling, as I personally find it to be a bit more shallow than even Pokemon lol. All in all, I liked it
Some of the fights are top-notch, and arguably better animated than some of the biggest fights in the biggest anime IPs (Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia, etc), but it's a lot more few and far between

I watched the first 5 minutes. Did a prescription drug addict write this tv show? No disrespect to you just the concept alone. Like someone on something said “hey you know how guns have slugs?” Like yeah. I really like the concept and think this could have been actual massive success if it didn’t have that animation style.
