I watched it as a kid and my memory of it is hazy so some details may be incorrect.

The anime involved a group of four kids fighting evil. They had powers they got from a ring or bracelet(?). There is also something like 'life force' that gives powers.I think they were around elementary school age.

One of the kids is a girl and i remember her having short, purple/grey hair. She was looked after by someone who was not her mother. That person was running a cafe/restaurant and the girl made deliveries for the cafe in her bicycle. The girl also has flashbacks of her mother singing to her while she was a baby. Later in the anime, they find her mother and they find out the girl is a source of the life force stuff. And i think she was grown in a lab?

Another girl in the group is a blonde with twin tails and she has the power to talk to and understand animals. One of the episodes i remember is about the group going to the aquarium and blonde girl searches for a turtle that she has been friends with since she was little. She finds out that the turtle had been removed from the showcase due to it getting old. At the end of the episode they release the turtle back to the ocean.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me find this anime.
