Fun romance anime recs

So by FUN, I mean romance animes that are not too serious like Golden Time, Your Lie and other shows like that but instead romance with dumb fun like yk More than a married couple, Quintessential Quintuplets. Something that has trashy vibes but still just a fun watch. Something that is cliche but still not boring. It can be harem or anything, just let it be fun. I'm not really a seasonal guy so u can recommend me the recent ones too.

Call of The Night is alot of fun. It's a vampire rom com and has two seasons. Tho it's not trashy it's peak.

Tamon's B-Side is a new winter 2026 romcom that had me laughing out loud about every 3 minutes in episode 1 - had zero expectations for it and am now obsessed. The leads are unhinged but in a good way.

It seemed to fit your criteria (romance, trashy vibes, comedy) but it is told from the FL POV rather than the ML. I'd be curious to know if you get on with it.

Aharen-san wa Hakarenai - high school romcom. The MCs are both silly as hell but it's a LOT of fun to watch, even stuff like them playing a version of Animal Crossing is a delight.

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian - another high school romcom. Has some serious moments but also has a few 'trashy' moments. Very fun overall.

Inexpressive Kashiwada and Expressive Oota - yet again, high school romcom. Boy wants to get expressive reactions out of the girl, and it gets silly. I actually love the side characters in this one a lot.

How about a more cute kind of fun anime like Teasing Master Takagi-san?

Love, Chunibiyo and other delusions has a bit of drama behind it, but most of the time it is also very fun to watch.

Or go back to the 80's and watch one of the ultimate love triangle romcoms: Kimagure Orange Road.

Or classic harems like Ai Yori Aoshi and Love Hina (I prefer Ai Yori Aoshi, but if you are looking for dumb fun, Love Hina has a bit more of that).

A more recent one would be Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russia, so much self-aware and great humor. (but first season ends in a very mid-story point, hopefully we'll get more development in season 2 this year)
