Does AniList actually sync with AniChart?

Saw another post today and I’ve been going down the rabbit hole…

Never used AniList before, but I signed up and I like it more than other sites. The only thing it’s missing is a day-by-day calendar/schedule. XYZ ep13 comes out Today or Monday.

Turns out the creators of AniList actually started by creating AniChart! Perfect. Idk why they didn’t combine these sites, but whatever.

Uh. There’s a login/sync option in AniChart to sync your lists from AniList, but it doesn’t do anything?

Does anyone use this sync feature? Ideally I manage shows I’m currently watching on AniList and then AniChart only shows me those shows on the calendar view.

Not sure if I understand it correctly, but once you add a Show as watching to your List on the Home Site of AniList it will Show you all Shows you are watching which are airing and when the next episodes are coming out.

The AniList site itself doesn’t seem to have a good view of when the next episode of my watch list comes out. I see my watch list with 10+ shows, but I’d have to click into each one to see the time till next episode.

AniChart shows a list of episodes released by day. So I can see all episodes that come out today, tomorrow, etc.

My question is, “how can I scope the list of episodes on AniChart to just the show on my watch list from AniList?”

It seems like this is the intended setup, but doesn’t seem to work correctly.

Ah now I understand it.
I guess your using only your Phone? On PC it Shows you when the next episodes air.
On phone it only Sorts by the next Airing Episode (will be the one at the first spot), once the episode is out it will Show you that you one episode behind.

Hope I could explain it more or less understandably.

Ah, yes, I’m on my phone. I basically don’t use a pc except for work.

On iOS I use MyAniList which has countdowns to next episode and is really pretty nice.

I really wish the site had more analytics and data manipulation stuff but overall it seems to work fine. It isn’t as up to date on new manga releases and matching manga from Tachimanga is hit or miss sometimes.

Luckily I am on iOS. Downloaded and this is pretty close to what I’m asking. It’s basically the same as the website but adds the one line of text, “ep 2 airs in 3 days” on the list screen. Thanks! Wish they added this to the website itself.
