Do Toei still hesitant to dub more Precure/Pretty Cure anime ?

I wonder if the reason of this is because of Netflix's failed attempt with their old 4kids/DIC style localized version, glitter force.

I see some people discussing anime a lot lately in forums, this sub or other subreddits and gamefaqs, i wonder why many people started to view the anime seriously like it was a popular adult/teen anime ? maybe this is because Crunchyroll & Anime News Network sites are always promoting the anime with Crunchyroll regularly airing every previous anime including the newer ones & ANN doing weekly articles or episode reviews about it.

Toei also tried to promote the anime in social media & stream the Futari wa Precure dub on Youtube and many fans think this might be sign that Toei will change its attitude towards and give Precure a new english dub. Toei could take not from dubbing Digimon Beatbreak and give the upcoming Star detective precure with first five batch english dub episode

So if Toei decide to dub a Precure anime again i hope it will be a faithful one with no cuts & changes on character names, places & food, but it begs some question, would a faithful dub might work for kids or younger audience ? and which dub studio would be perfect work with Toei would it be in LA, TX or Canada ?

I doubt it. Glitter Force was the attempt they were waiting years for -- someone who was willing to attempt a big mainstream push, because the IP is dependent on toy sales.

Digimon is an entirely different story because of Bandai's involvement.

What I don't get about Toei is why they yanked "One Piece" from 4Kids. That is, Toei was aware of the heavy localization that American licensors have done to make an anime more kid-friendly. So, why give 4Kids those rights at all only to yank the license back? Toei didn't do this to the DB franchise from Funimation. For the record, outside of clips, I barely have seen any of OP (Funi or 4kids versions) nor do I intend to.

Toei would be handing the dubbing decisions over to licensors these days, and the licensors see multiple 50 ep seasons with only middling popularity and go "Okay maybe we won't spend the money to dub this one".

Toei has been heavily involved in their series's dubs for like a decade

Toei cares about the toy sales more. Just dubbing the show in English might not be worth it to them
