Anime like Naruto/DBZ with top-tier animation and pacing?
I love Naruto and Dragon Ball Z/Super for the fights and power systems. I'm looking for a show with that same energy and hype, but with better pacing (no filler) and consistently great animation. Suggestions?

If you like battle shounen then you should check out this more recent one.
Black Clover is an example of a series looking at the past, seeing what people have done and what has worked and hasnt, using the past of shounen as an idea of what not to do. It does things very different to normal shounen as it just feels very unique and interesting because of that.
Most shounen series have 1 person win everythign because everyone else is useless.
Black Clover is a series where team work wins, no battle is won by a single person. The core of the story is many different teams working to be strong for shared goals.
Most shounen have a main romantic interest and thats all she is good for, never really accomplishing much on their own.
Black Clover has one of the best written female protagonists in shounen who grows over time just as everyone else going on to do a lot of great stuff on their own. The female characters are not just left behind and sidelined, many great female characters exist in this series and many insanely strong and well written.
Many shounen by nature of being a weekly or monthly magazine have ran for years and get very long winded and never really wrap up stuff and drag on.
Black Clover's story moves at a breakneck speed, having its arcs be short 8-10 ep arcs where things happen, progress, and resolve, and the story continues, so there is a new arc every 10 eps so tthe story moves through a lot of content. plus the arcs are all related to the overarching Saga story being told too that develops over time (and finishes around 120 eps, the first saga).
Overall currently there is 170 episodes with a new season on the horizon.
The series had some parts where the quality waned a bit due to the studio Perriort who did boruto at the same time and didnt want them competeing so they woudlnt give the director help when he asked. So the team had to manuver staff so fight scenes always had their main attention while middle bits were less focused, and it was a solid strat to keep things looking good through those rough times. Though around episode 50 the director called in free lance artists help to help with fights and the quality skyrocked from there having some insane big battles through to the end.
Though the finale arc of the currently aired show they went all out on and its some of the best looking fights and animation out there. Its nuts and again thanks to the directors help over the series and getting extra help for the end of that.
[If you have your doubts, here is a non spoiler fight from later in the series that shows the quality you can expect.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afZS4c7X1xs)
