Anime where main and side characters are having fun (read below)
Can you guys recommend me some good anime where characters are just having fun (sometimes or just generally)
I don't mind any genre but still let me give you some examples
(Btw I'm only giving you examples for the characters not the anime)
The one piece crew, jjk crew (sometimes), gintama crew, saiki k, jojo (obviously)

Working!!
Barakamon
Another romcom where there's a bit of drama and trauma, but despite all of that, most of the time the characters are having quite a lot of fun is Love, Chunibyo and other delusions.
And going into military moe, the girls from Girls und Panzer are for the most part having fun while competing in their absurd sport. And even in a more high-stakes warlike military moe like Strike Witches, the cast sure has time to have lots of fun.
Now, if we include other more perverted kind of fun, then I guess Kiss x Sis or High School DxD could count as the characters having a lot of fun...
Baccano
Ok it's a Shonen BUT it's also very Scooby Doo
