Just the UBW series, not the UBW movie. The series is a lot better.

You don't need to watch the 2010 movie. Just the 2014 series (don't forget the prologue first). Watch Sunny Days at the end. It's an adaptation of the good ending of the route (the series itself adapts the true ending)

Wth is Sunny Days? Also when was this released!?!?

2015

It's a short OVA that ufotable released that depicts the good ending of the UBW route, while the series depicted the true ending.

Wait whats the prologue? And also the true ending and the good ending are both canon right? Like all endings of every route are canon?

The prologue is just episode 0. It should be the first episode of the series. It's around 45 minutes and has Archer and Rin as the viewpoint characters.
All endings are canon in the Nasuverse multiverse. The good ending is more fan service that anything though.

I think you should watch Fate Zero before the ubw series, its a prequel and was released before it.
