Anime with good near-future tech Sakuga?
Looking for anime set in the modern day or "near future" with good tech sakuga, preferably hand drawn. Ideally well written, but I'm after the vibes and the visuals more than anything else. Patlabor or Bubblegum Crisis would probably be the "ideal" here, but Airbars also scratched the itch.
