Anime Recommendations like Bakuman and Space Brothers

These two anime are very similar imo. They are about the struggles of people achieving their goals and conflicts that get in the way. When I go to Anilist or MAL for recommendations Space Brothers is all Space anime and Bakuman is mostly anime about creating manga or anime. But that really is not what I'm looking for. There is a special blend of comedy, drama, and suspense that these two anime have and I feel like I am really drawn to this experience so if you guys have any recs that are similar to these two please let me know! I get what you mean and that's why I frequently recommend them together. Honestly you've seen a lot of my go to picks here, but I respect the question so I dug up what I think would be good picks.

Gin no Saji is less about dream chasing and more about finding your place in life but I think it's a good option

Major is a good sports pick, it's probably the best baseball anime out there with it showing the MC's journey from kindergartener to grown adult.

Fune wo Amu is more low key and less well rounded, but it's a more personal and smaller kind of dream/happiness

Kemono no Souja Erin is a good fantasy pick, the MC winds up being very focused on being trained in a very particular art

Glass no Kamen 2005 is one of the finest shoujo series every made and focuses on a main character focused on becoming an actress above all else.
