I want to cry

So, to be honest, it’s been a few years since I’ve cried to an anime, I’ve seen some sad stuff but nothing to make me genuinely cry, I want some good anime that will make me bawl my eyes out, I’ve seen most of the popular stuff, but still list, maybe I haven’t seen the one you’re thinking of! Also, even if you don’t have anything that could make me cry, I’ll still take some suggestions! Thanks everyone!!

On the top of my head, for me the following all have scenes that will make me tear up even by just re-watching some clips (or even just listening to some music tracks for some of them):

- Hibike! Euphonium

Kinda weird suggestion, but Space Brothers is one of the few anime that has made me cry (the others being Grave of the fireflies, Your lie in april and Anohana).

Dude ... thanks for the suggestion. It's just something about Space that gets me, no matter the genre. Every single time I see GATTACA I bawl. I also recommended Eureka 7 which is not really space but it's mecha. Idk the space themes just gut me everytime.

Some of the best cries I've had weren't from overly dramatic or straight romance movies/series. And I keep going back to them when I want to let a good one out. Sometimes I feel it hits harder when its a subplot that all of a sudden just goes supernova.

ReLife - my favorite romance of all time. Last 2 OVA episodes had me bawling multiple times. Just too bad Crunchroll lost the license to season 1 and only has the 4 OVA episode which are the ending of the anime. BTW the Manga has a bit of what happens after the last OVA. Not much is left after the last OVA but I thought it was cute.

86 - last episode still one of my favorite all-time single episodes.

SAO (Mother's Rosario Arc) - very different feel from the rest of SAO and my favorite arc.

<insert> any Makoto Shinkai Movie. Makoto puts the feel in feelings

Honestly, depends on how you feel about it, maybe kiznaiver, another good one which is a revenge anime is 91 days, I don't know if it will make you cry but it's worth watching, also 86 and violet evergarden, also made in abyss
