Can I possibly get help finding anime I watched a while back?

I remember watching this anime a while ago and I vaguely remember the details of the show. I remember vaguely In the beginning the mc meets with some supernatural ability ( I don't quite remember what it is). Through the plot of the show you find out she was some kind science experiment or has some experimental technology in brain I think. I know at the end they take her back and remove what was giving her powers leaving her messed. The MC sneaks in to talk to her and then is trying get her out of the facility by trying to get her to recognize him and they end up letting him take her. I also remember the filming a movie when she originally gets taken and they finish it when they get her. Thank you to everyone that took the time to read this.
