Romance Anime where the MC is a girl that falls in love with a guy but ends up in a love triangle with another girl
I am looking for a romance anime where there's a serious love triangle. Not a harem but serious love triangle with a lot of emotional moments and scenes where one girl is jealous of the other and such. A perfect example of this would be blue box. But I am open to other animes types like inseparable twins and I got married to the girl I hate the most in class.

Its a slow burn love triangle:
The Love Triangle between the three main characters remains a classic to this day. At the center of it is Kyōsuke Kasuga, the apparently Ordinary High-School Student, whose family has just moved to another town due to the necessity of keeping their Psychic Powers a secret.
His first love interest is the beautiful Madoka Ayukawa, who seems to be a friendly and kind girl the first time their paths cross. When he meets her again at school, however, she acts icy and distant towards him, and school rumor insists that she is a delinquent. Which facet of Madoka is the real one?
The third corner of the love triangle comes in the form of Hikaru Hiyama. She's a bubbly, innocent tomboy who immediately falls for Kyōsuke after seeing him make an incredible hoop shot (not knowing that he used supernatural powers) and is fond of glomping him and calling him "Darling!"
the Manga ran 4 years in Weekly Shonen Jump, the anime runs 48 tv episodes covering Kasuga's 9th grade year, 8 OVAs covering snippets of High School, a TV movie set in the final weeks of university exam testing, and a second movie (generally disliked by fans) covering a 'where are they now' in the middle 1990s, when Kasuga is a war photographer in the Yugoslav Wars.
But also because there's a credible reason why the love triangle is kept for so long: the two girls are best friends, so when Hikaru starts dating Kyosuke, Madoka thinks it is for the best, and tries to back down, but she doesn't want to keep enough of a distance as to not loose the friendship between Hikaru and herself and also Kyosuke. But, of course, being so close to Kyosuke all the time, she can't deny her feelings for him. That tension between not wanting to hurt Hikaru by stealing her boyfriend and being unable to hide her feelings for Kyosuke is what makes Madoka's part of the triangle works so well. Kyosuke works mostly because of the simplest reason: he is cronically indecisive, but it is a bit more nuanced than that; I think Kyosuke deep down knows his feelings for Madoka are much stronger and he'd rather be with Madoka, but Madoka most of the time, doesn't show her feelings very clearly, so it's only natural for him to accept Hikaru's very clear advances, and after that he does care about Hikaru and finds it very hard to break up with her because he doesn't want to hurt her. And Hikaru works because she is the most immature and in a way selfish one (not being judgemental, just stating facts), she either pretends not to notice or truly blindsides herself into not noticing Kyosuke and Madoka's feelings for each other. In the end, the love triangle is believable to work for so long because all three settle into a status quo that remains quite comfortable for them: they are all good friends, and the discomfort of clearing up things between them weighs way more than the discomfort of being in the mess they are in. Until we get to the first movie, and it is a brilliant way of portraying a very dramatic, yet realistic break up between those characters who have been together for years. And while I find the second movie's change of art-style very distracting and the whole time travel plot a bit too convoluted, I appreciate one thing they did: they allowed the three to regain their friendship.
(A) is jealous of the MC. (B) is jealous of ML. And (C) is quietly, patiently hoping (A) will give up on the ML. No harem/poly even hinted at.
* White Album 2 – peak heartbreak, very real triangle
* True Tears – quiet but emotionally heavy
* Scum’s Wish – messy feelings, jealousy, pain
* Nana – intense relationship drama
* Orange – emotional, soft, complicated love
Closest vibes to Blue Box: White Album 2 and True Tears.
If you want school + emotional tension, these will hit hard
True Tears made me into a huge fan of PA Works.
* Kimi ni Todoke
* My Love Story with Yamada-kun lv999
The love triangle might not be a long term thing in some of the above, but there are intense feels on display
