Please recommend me A rom com without a dull no friends male MC

i am tired of the romcoms where our mc is just some gloomy guy with no friends and then a girl (mostly a gyaru) comes and turns around his entire life (i mean thats 80% of all romcoms).

but i need something fresh please.(i have watched clannad, plastic memories, charlotte and your lie in april).

i would appreciate if contains more of romance and less of comedy.

i like it better when it is more heart felt.

please guys help me 😭😭😭

Technically Toradora!, but the guy is kinda alone. He's not gloomy at all though, the people are just scared of his looks.

Personally I'd say Miyamura (from Horimiya) pretty much hits that friendless loner archetype exactly, good anime though.

Echoing Kaguya Sama (although it's got more comedy), Tomo Chan is a Girl and Ore Monogatari.

For something not mentioned so far I'll pitch [Tsuki ga Kirei](https://anilist.co/anime/98202/Tsuki-ga-Kirei/), very down to earth middle school romance.

"My Love Story!!" is really good. It's basically a "what if the sort of a joke side character was the star of a love story" sort of thing. It's largely a love story (shocker I know) with some action comedy for lack of a better wat to put it early on and other side stuff with more characters as it goes. While it's not the most emotional romance anime, it is a very sweet and nice love story.
