Compared to Japan (and other countires as well) which tends to keep their voice actors in a general sense, retaining the same voice for a project where series or projects are multiple years apart is a lot trickier. Due to contracts and sometimes just plain old time itself, it isn't always super common to get the same voice actors for projects that are years apart but it can happen. Oh and for the sake of fairness, let's not count stuff that never stopped getting continuous content for the same project like Dragon Ball, Naruto or One Piece.

One I can think of is I'm impressed at the amount of voice actors that retain their roles through the various Fate projects, most notably Kari Wahlgreen for Artoria, David Vincent for Gilgamesh and Lucien Dodge for Waver/Lord El-Melloi II who have voiced these respective characters for every Fate project since Fate/Zero

Another one is the Fruits Basket remake dub which retained a large majority of the cast from the original dub from 2002. This one was notable because the JP version recast everybody.
