Need some anime that don’t have any romance in it, just went thru a major breakup.
Hey community. As the title said, I just went thru a big breakup (it was my fault and i’m to blame which makes it worse) and I want to watch some anime to heal. But I don’t want to deal with any sort of love for a bit until I get my head back on. I have watched a nice chunk of anime since i started when i was 8 and am now 28, but I am interested in reccomendations.

* Food for the Soul
* Bocchi the Rock

Fun show but that has multiple developing relationships and crushes in it.
Psycho Pass
Another
RahXephon
Samurai Champloo
Mob 100
Lazarus
No Game Life
Death Parade
Monster
World Trigger
Solo Leveling
In the spirit of sports anime, adding some more suggestions:
- Blue Lock
- Giant Killing
- Haikyuu
- Run with the Wind
Mashle doesn't *really* have any...there's a sister-love bit, and side character says she'll marry mc, but both are played as gags
maybe Hero Mask, I don't remember for sure
[Eden of the East](https://youtu.be/zfQ4e1iRoak?si=WqUyKmOA9jf09ftR), [Blame!](https://youtu.be/hwy806RC2-Q?si=dnpCiJWt8na1Wd9c), and
[Psycho Pass](https://youtu.be/xgZK8KdnsGI?si=hfUk58JwIGNcfZDI) all have male/female leads and it looks like a ship could develop, but nothing ever does.
Terror in Resonance
Promised Neverland
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, there's only a bit of romance but really not too much important.
Vinland Saga, well this actually is gonna have romance in the 3rd season if it ever comes out, but as of now there is no romance.
Kingdom, there are few romance subplots, but those are part of bigger conspiracies plots.
Monster, there is no time for love when you are a runaway looking for a serial killer.
Pluto, by the same creator of Monster, is a thriller about a police detective trying to solve the mistery behind the murders of his old friends. The MC has a wife and that's all.
Gintama, the series actually make fun of romance plots, and since it's a comedy it's perfect if you're feeling blue.
Demon Slayer, little to no romance, if you can call romance Zenitsu simping over Nezuko.
Slam Dunk, this one is actually ironic, MC starts playing BasketBall to be liked by a girl and ends up falling in love with the sport himself.
Run with the Wind, another sports anime, no romance at all, except for the BL shippings by the fandom.
Seirei no Moribito
Barakamon
Asobi Asobase
A place further than the universe
there is no anime better for this. racers dont nees girlfriends!
Quality Assurance in Another World
The Faraway Paladin
The Witch and the Beast
Psycho Pass - no relationships other than friendships and kind of motivating to find your purpose in the chaos.
Erased - a good mystery, maybe a hint of love interest but its a twisty turny one.
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood - if you haven't seen it, you have to. This is a nice longer one to suck you in for awhile. Be sure you watch Brotherhood because the other one is awful.
If you're looking for something more uplifting:
Flying Witch - super cute slice of life
Barakoman - one of my favorites but I'm also into sumi-e so it was right up my alley. No romance, just cute friendships.
Avatar the Last Airbender - I know, its a Nickelodeon "anime" but I rewatch this about every year. Major comfort watch
I always rewatch this during spooky season :)
but fragrant flowers blooming with dignity is not a bad pick either
One piece
Rock is a Ladies Modesty
It's a slice of life anime masquerading as an isekai.
Nothing really happens in it except the protagonist enjoying making meals and cooking.
It helped me get thru some breakups too
