Help me find a specific anime that I can't remember

Hi everyone. I really wanted to find this anime but I completely forgot the name. Could you help me find it?

It's basically 2 characters (I believe are friends) and one of them secretly envies and hates the other. and is completely jealous. However they are "friends". The other is basically perfect and always steals the spotlight. The one that secretly envies him says stuff like: "You're always so much better and good at anything. You're literally perfect. I hate you". I can't really remember the anime/manga. I also have no idea what the genre of it was. I just know its a one sided beef and one envies the other a lot.

Honestly 2 guys is a hard one for me. Probably a shonen anime which I don’t watch a lot of. Do you happen to remember if both were the main characters with monologues and such or if only 1 was. And if so which?
