Animes Like Chainsaw Man and Cyberpunk Edgerunners

So I'm relatively new to anime (ive only seen 3 including these 2) and i just finished cyberpunk edgerunners and chainsaw man (plus the movie) and holy shit they were so good. I'm looking for that kind of emotional attachment with the characters and a mix of action with it? Like Reze, Denji and David character development. I am desperate to relive this experience, thank you for any recommendations!

If you’re okay with something longer and that starts out slower I think Attack on Titan will give you what you’re looking for

Parasyte will probably scratch the same itch for you and is much shorter

Code Geass is probably an honorable mention too

I'll be sure to check it out, honestly I preffered the edgerunners series over the chainsaw man series, the movie is still the best tho

Its similar in terms of setting and character development I also prefer edgerunners over chainsaw man I can’t wait for season 2 of edgerunners

Ngl akumada drive had no character development. The whole thing felt like average danganronpa characters on an adventure while the josuke looking guy tries to survive and the girl simps for the driver boy

Courier became more open to other people and accepted the coin from the girl, the girl became more tough, hoodlum guy became gained courage and the society started to question the executioners

Rainbow. An anime that defines camaraderie between some young bros during very tough times in post war Japan - it'll get you to feel all the emotions. It will definitely leave a lasting impression & it has an overall mature, grounded vibe

It has some very gritty scenes & you'll definitely connect with the characters.

It's just a raw, unfiltered anime that depicts the absolute worst of humanity challenged by the peak of humanity's resolve & perseverance.
