A Good horror recommendation please!
I want to watch a horror anime that genuinely is scary, like keep a couple pair of underwear next to me type scary, so scary it lives with me for the rest of my life, so scary i get sucked into the screen like a reverse "The ring". I want my eyelids to gain sentience and close themselves, I want my skin to crawl off my flesh and cower in fear, I want my breathe to hold itself, I WANT TO BE SCAREDDDD! So if anyone knows any good horror animes, psychological included, id be happy to watch!

There's a Korean anime, Seoul Station, that's a prequel to the Train of Busan. I guess that qualifies as horror in a way. It's not rated highly, though I'm not sure why. I think it's pretty good.
The 2020 anime Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni: Gou (Higurashi When They Cry: New), is a sequel to the original story, not a remake. **Don't accidentally start with Gou**, as it's full of spoilers.
(_Note: in most (if not all) regions, the only Higurashi anime on Crunchyroll, is Gou. Also, the original Visual Novel is currently available on Steam, under the title"Higurashi When They Cry: Hou", with the first arc being free to download._).

Don't think that because of the color and the slow start (although you can see some of it already early) the shows get darker and darker like it's Jacob's ladder, the ghost get vicious.
It get progressively more deranged and I really liked it, I'm hype for season 2!
I don't think there's many shows that do horror well, but Dark gathering is worth a watch.
I do mean that It gets really dark.
Otherwise, while not an horror anime (or is it?) Made in abyss has some great horror moment. Like whoah.
