Recommendations for a new watcher

hey everyone, im fairly new to anime and was looking for some recommendations on what to watch next. Ive seen AoT, Death Note, Chainsaw Man, and Hells Paradise. I like the animation and action in all of those so im looking for something along those lines (the action mostly). Some friends have told me I would like JJK, Demon Slayer, and Hunter x Hunter but I would like some recommendations on what a beginner to anime would like. Thanks for the help!!

Hi herbstj54, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

Watch code geass

Hunter x Hunter is definitely a great action anime. Some others I recommend are Code Geass, Frieren (not as much action), Eighty-Six, Made in Abyss, and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood.

I just finished Hunter and I do not think it is a great “action” anime there’s some decent sequences but there’s very little action for many episodes at a time I would recommend My hero or Full Metal alchemist brotherhood

2 of my friends watched it and said I would like it so ill definitely have to give it a watch!

Death Note is the ultimate starter. For longer ones bleach I like a lot personally. It’s silly but not to silly. Enjoyed it during Covid

death note was phenomenal! ill have to watch it again soon

HxH, One Punch Man, and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood are also great choices if you want strong action with solid stories.

i appreciate the recommendations
