This is the first anime I watched on YouTube was in Japanese; there were no subtitles, so I had to rely on YouTube's translations. I remember it was a series of short episodes compiled together. The title was in Japanese, so I don't know or remember the characters' names, but I do remember the events. I hope this helps. The first episode is about a boy in elementary school who lives with his father, mother, sister, brother, and grandfather. He goes to school, and a poor boy does something that makes him mock his behavior and call him stupid. His mother sees this and gets angry with him, so she makes him go to the poor student's house to apologize. They lived in a cemetery, and comedic events occur, such as using gravestones as a table and a skull as a soccer ball because they can't afford to buy one. Of course, the mother gets angry with him. There's another episode where summer vacation begins. The boy is excited and starts running around the world, and his muscles begin to develop, but his grandfather tells him they're over, so he returns weak and all his bones are broken.
I know my description isn't entirely accurate. I asked all my friends, but no one knows about the anime. I think it's popular in Japan because I've never seen anyone talk about it, and it's not on any anime websites.
