Help finding the anime

Hello! English isn't my first language so I apologize for any mistakes.

I'm looking for an anime movie I watched in 2014 more or less. It's about a girl who falls in love with an alien guy (not alien looking, just a plain looking guy from another world) and she chooses to go with him after he leaves(?) and she has a friend who has her own romance as well. Does someone remember anything alike?

Please help me find an anime

I can remember a fragment I saw around 2011 on the Russian channel.

I remember two scenes: the first is a climactic moment, possibly at sunrise, where many people or creatures looked like humans disintegrate into dust/or get molded/melted. Including a heartbreaking moment where a woman gets molded and then a child appears from her womb sees this, says "mommy?", and gets melted as well. The setting appeared medieval or dark fantasy, not modern.

The second scene is in a forest where an unconscious girl is found fused with tree roots, with someone saying her body was "struck by a forest spirit" or "a forest disease."

Thats pretty much all I can recall, maybe these two scenes are from different anime though..

This sounds like Mushi-shi. The tree scene sounds like episode 6 of season 2. The woman dissolving into spores sounds like episode 14 of season 1.

Mushi-shi is an amazing show.

I’m not so sure what this could be.

Given the year I’m thinking of 3 possibilities but they are series no films. **Engaged to the Unidentified**, **Ano Natsu de Matteru**, **Suisei no Gargantia**. They don’t fit too well but maybe it’s one of these.

It's not, but tsym!! It's a girl who lives in a seaside city and both her and her friend (also a girl) go to school together and the friend is a very athletic one and not so feminine like her friend.
