Love love love Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear.
LegendaryZXT2026-01-14 05:12
I've got a friend who's rewatched it upwards of 20 times
SnooWoofers1862026-01-14 14:04
I liked them too, but I was so afraid to recommend it to others fear they will say I am too childish. The show was just so relaxing and satisfying to watch.

Gotta to admit that sometimes I need to escape the stress of this world and anime like Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear are perfect for that.

Grenadier is a good one
ngl, a girl reloading her handgun by popping bullets from between her tiddies STRAIGHT into the gun is pure, unrefined awesomeness!

I've been rewatching So I'm a Spider, So What?. Definitely action heavy. No romance at all though
MalfoyHolmes142026-01-14 04:30
A certain scientific railgun.
abandoned_idol2026-01-14 04:32
Reddit will probably have my head, but "Dorohedoro" has a female deuteragonist whos' pretty badass.
"Shadow House" is more of a puzzle escape room story, but the protagonist is female AND daring! And cunning.

ElectricalCompany2602026-01-14 11:10

Ghost in the shell, from the new world, perfect blue, escaflowne and vivy fluorite eye’s song
MitchNotBitch2026-01-14 04:57
\+1 to both Vivy & Clevatess, amazing shows
One-Knowledge-70722026-01-14 05:08
* Lycoris Recoil
* Saga of Tanya the Evil
* The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess
* Black Lagoon
* May I Ask for One Final Thing?
* Panty & Stocking
* Revolutionary Girl Utena
Is an anime too, but Claymore is a really REALLY good action, dark fantasy manga with pretty much all female MCs! I recommend reading the manga over watching the anime for it (anime doesn't do it justice ;-;)

Lycoris Recoil

Noir is female assassins with style.
Lycoris Recoil is anime John Wick.
The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady is "what if Chisato from Lycoris Recoil got isekai'd?"

Cross Ange
Kerzic2026-01-14 08:07
Of the 29 characters in the first closing credits character scroll, 25 out of 29 are women and 2 of the men are the main character's brother and father. While this show can be brutal and often has the aesthetics of a sleazy women in prison movie, feminists have praised the portrayal of the women in the story (warning, [this article titled My Fave is Problematic: Cross Ange](https://www.animefeminist.com/fave-problematic-cross-ange/) contains spoilers).
