Which anime should i watch next?

So i’ve started watching anime 2 months ago, and i honestly never felt so glued to a genre before.

I’ve already watched AOT, Chainsaw Man and the CSM Movie, enjoyed all of them, but what do you guys recommend?

I think AOT might just be my favorite show oat

Hi EngineeringBoth742, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

Maybe think of it as a medium, not a genre. That said, what genre do you like ? You can narrow down what type of anime you might like. Just from the ones you watch alone, I’d recommend Jujutsu Kaisen and Death Note

I’d also throw in Frieren in there cos I feel it’s just a good show in general

EngineeringBoth7422026-01-14 11:27

I feel like at least for now since it’s gonna be my 3rd show, i like a very action driven show. Maybe i’ll watch JKK then, thanks a lot!

At a good time too cos S3 is currently airing.

solo leveling and sword art online is great at hooking casuals.

one punch man season 1 and mob psycho 100 are a lot of fun.

Fullmetal alchemist broterhood and Steins gate are considerated the best of the best by the anime community.

Death note and Code Geass are great hooks and considered top tier as well.

If you want to bold and try something unique / dystopia like : give shinsekai yori and ergo proxy a try

EngineeringBoth7422026-01-14 11:28

I’ll put them all on my watchlist, thanks!💪🏽

Maybe demon slayer and Vinland Saga.

But my personal recommendation is gurren lagann or death note.

Code Geass

Death Note

Probably should watch frieren next because it will have the modern polish and action your used to while opening your mind to better writing, pacing and character development.

Im new to Anime as well, so my bar or standard for how good an anime is might be in its infancy. But the first one i watched was Death Note and I have not binged a show in years like I did with Death note. Incredible. I also watched the netflix Devil May cry show which was good for a casual viewing only 8 episodes. Not bad.
