So here’s a list of my favourite anime’s in order. Apothecary diaries. Full metal alchemist brotherhood. Konosuba. Chainsaw man. Fate stay night. Secrets of the silent witch. I was reincarnated as the seventh prince. My deer friend nokotan Well that’s all just started watching a few months ago and here is a list that I’m not watching yet on purpose Stien gate. The detective is dead. Jujitsu kaisan. Spy x family. Freiren Ok must say nothing overly sexual got it I’m fine with violence but none of that I’m fine with a bath scene nothing beyond it

Some parts can be hard to watch but honestly I’d say youre missing out if you don’t at least give it a try. It’s old so I might recommend reading the manga instead. Hits hard in some parts. Can be difficult to read though, youre not exactly wrong about being slightly ecchi. But the focus is not on that.

Apothecary diaries is a solid choice, FMA is pretty dope too. I highly recommend Freiren and Stein’s Gate is mmmm well I liked it quite a bit but I’d say it depends on taste like most things. If you’re into older stuff I recommend Full Metal Panic! The second season (Fumoffu) is complete comedy and awesome. FMP and Gundam Wing/Endless Waltz are old mecha but I highly recommend. My favorite anime of all time is probably Violet Evergarden but be prepared to cry like a bitch. Following that is Princess Mononoke. If you like bloodier stuff I’d recommend Gangsta or Black Lagoon. Lighter stuff I’d lean towards Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch, Reincarnated as a Vending Machine, uhhhh kind of blanking but there’s lots. Far too many good ones to list honestly, this is just off the top of my head. If you wanna get mind fucked Elfen Leid and Serial Experiments Lain or Evangelion.

Edit: I generally stay away from ridiculous harem wish fulfillment so don’t ask me about those ones. For example I hate Mushoku Tensai or however you spell it with a passion but lots of people like it so meh. Well, my issue with that is less the harem and more the MC’s entire personality. But you should probably watch and make your own call on it. I couldn’t make it through the second season personally.

They’ll make you question your sanity a bit, is what id say. It’s been a long time since I watched them but uhhh. For me, in each of those series there was a time when I physically stood up and shouted out “what the actual fuck” or something similar to that. Some of these are fucking dark man. And not just like bloody and violent, those have their own category in my mind. These are something else, I might put Stein’s Gate close to this category.

Also uhhhh. Since youre just getting into anime let me broaden your horizons a bit. Most anime is based on Light Novels or Webnovels, and can differ significantly between adaptations. As an aside, it just came to me but you’d probably like The Weakest Tamer I loved that one. And that’s only considering the Japanese stuff, Korea and China both have flourishing WebNovel scenes with VERY different writing styles and general plot lines. I highly recommend Wuxiaworld (they have a reading app and you can read free with daily unlocks) for KR and CN novels. Their translation and editing is pretty peak and there are no ads.

One Piece likely ends in the next 3 years, so if you don't catch up now, you will be spoiled on what the One Piece is, making the viewing experience never the same again.

So yeah, i highly advice to catch up with the anime, so you can then catch up with the manga.

The best way to watch it is One Pace, a fanedit that removes all nonmanga content from the anime and cuts back on drawn out scenes, removing over 150h of unnecessary shit from the anime and making it actually watchable.

Ok, then watch Takopii's original/greatest sin.. It was something like that. There are crazy plot twists has been one of my favorite, and it's not too long. Watch bungo stray dogs, my all time favorite, dazai is from that anime if u know who he is. 😊
