I have a question ...
I am new to the anime things...
Like movies and series etc.
and I am feeling great truly .
But when I see a serise that takes a very long preiod to finishe ! It fells wrong
Because why the series quoted from manga and not the opposite !
Now I am watching hunter x hunter
And it is ridiculous to a whole company to wite the author to finish his story himself (the one person rule) .
Like why it doesn't work as the same as in cinematic series.
A whole company with many people to write a stroy like in attack on titan or death note and other .
Why these things happen with this industry type ??

I take it English is not your first language
But only one person to a series like hunter x hunter and one piece 🙂
The question is why is that ?
Those exist, too! There are tons of them.
Or are you asking why anime based on ongoing manga has to wait for the source material to continue, instead of the story being completely taken over by an animation production team? That does actually happen sometimes, and usually no one likes it when it does. Happens on western TV too, there's a reason everyone hated the last seasons of Game of Thrones.
You're comparing across different types of media. The Game of Thrones TV show has a team of writers but the novels they're based on are written by one person and that's no different from anime and the manga/novels they're based on.
Manga will often have one person write the story and another do the art, and sometimes they'll have a team of assistants doing things like backgrounds or screen printing that don't get credited or recognized in the same way.
Anime-original series exist (not Death Note or Attack on Titan though) and used to be more common in the past, but it's riskier because they don't have existing fanbases, and they might invest a lot into a story that sucks. These often don't get sequels, so there's nothing to wait for, but it can be nice because it reaches an actual conclusion.
I see from other comments that you're referring to multiple TV script writers for comparison to the west, but note that the script for the anime isn't written by the original author. There might be multiple people working on that too in anime.
