google anime characters with hammers & then wear a maid uniform

Rio_Righten2026-01-15 23:46

I would prefer characters who r canonically maids so that the cosplay would b character accurate

suuushi-roll2026-01-15 23:47

google anime maid characters & then bring a hammer.

Rem from re zero uses a flail, i know its not a hammer but its a blunt weapon and shes a maid.

Rio_Righten2026-01-15 23:47

That's a good suggestion thnx

Internal_Fix_42422026-01-15 23:47

You should check out Hephaestus from is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon. Also maybe Tsubaki Collbrande same show. They arent maids but definitely use hammers

other maids that comes to mind would be rem or rom from RE:Zero - but they dont use hammers.

Internal_Fix_42422026-01-15 23:48

Rem’s character is also top tier imo.

Rio_Righten2026-01-15 23:55

True it is

Rio_Righten2026-01-15 23:49

True may b i would settle for rem if nthg else

Internal_Fix_42422026-01-15 23:53

Check out Akiba Maid war, they use hammers in the anime on occasion

Rio_Righten2026-01-15 23:54

Are you open to characters from anime-style video games? Zenless Zone Zero has a faction known as Victoria Housekeeping Co, and its members are all maids or butlers with some pretty over the top weapons and personalities. Corin Wickes, in particular, wields a pretty intimidating special chainsaw while also dressing as a maid.

It’s no hammer but perhaps it would do?

One of the maids from Overlord

wubbbalubbadubdub2026-01-16 00:53

My first thought was Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro Chan, but I don't remember if she wore a maid uniform or not.

mugh_tej2026-01-16 00:55

Anime: Hanakyo Maid Team (not the Verité series) after the big mecha invention blew up. The whole reconstruction crew was maids. : )

Adventurous-Half-6852026-01-16 00:59

A super solid match is Kirumi Tojo from Danganronpa V3 - she’s the “Ultimate Maid,” and hammers are one of the most iconic weapon props associated with Danganronpa (even if the series isn’t a pure fantasy “maid with hammer” vibe, it’s very cosplay-friendly).

Not exactly a maid but the MC from {I May Be a Guild Receptionist, But I'll Solo Any Boss to Clock Out on Time} works pretty well for uniform+hammer

Purposelygentle2026-01-16 02:29

It hasn’t happened yet in the anime, but Tohru from Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid has an arc where she wants to pick up a signature weapon and she settles on a futon beater with a long handle.

BrentSaotome2026-01-16 03:04

She’s not a maid, but her outfit is very similar to a maid’s outfit. Try Alina Clover from I May Be a Guild Receptionist, but I’ll Solo Any Boss to Clock Out on Time.

ElephantTough23902026-01-16 03:41

Macrophage from cells at work has kind of a maid uniform, but she has like a butcher sword

Quiddity1312026-01-16 03:56

Koto from Kyousougiga has a giant hammer, but alas, not a maid outfit.

SmallJon2026-01-16 04:27

Nagi, from *Ruri Rocks!* wears a maid outfit briefly and owns a warhammer, so you could technically cosplay her, but she isnt a maid and doesnt use the hammer in it during the show.

Alina, MC of *I May Be A Receptionist*, uses a hammer and wears a maid-esque outfit at her work, so close on the money, but not quite

tiny_nova2026-01-16 07:02

In *Bofuri*, there's a pair of little girls that run around with big war hammers: May and Yui.

They don't wear straight maid outfits most of the time. But they do dress lolita and not very armor-y. And there *may* be an episode where they wear straight maid outfits, but I can't remember for sure. More sure there was a Santa costume if that's helpful.
