I’m a business major in college, and office life interests me. I absolutely loved Aggretsuko, especially the first couple of seasons that were solely at the office.

My Senpai is annoying

{Cherry Magic} is an office romance, and if you're ok with more retail-service employment as the main setting, then {Skull-faced Bookseller Honda-San} was fun too
zool7142026-01-16 05:36
I Have A Crush At Work is primarily a romance but it goes deeper than expected into office life as well

Yes, it’s much better than Ice Guy and Colleague. There is no depth to work life in the latter show, like the creator just needed a setting for the leads.
In Crush, the author actually cares about what life is like as a working adult and navigating responsibilities and opportunities

New Game - about programming games
16bit Sensation: Another Layer - Another one about programming games + time travel
Africa Salaryman - about a couple of salaryman, but as animals
Shirobako - About anime production
Seiyu's Life - About voice acting
My New Boss is Goofy - about a couple of salaryman
Kakushigoto - About working as a mangaka
A Mangaka's Weirdly Wonderful Workplace - About working as a mangaka - it does have a lot of office scenes, but mostly in the mangaka's home office
**Stretching the definition of office (but, essentially work):**
Working !! (Wagnaria) - About working in a restaurant
Urumachi Oniisan - About working in the TV industry

*The Masterful Cat is Depressed Again Today*. More about life when you have an office job. It goes to the office, probably 1/3 of the time is there. But the fun is at home.
*Uramichi Oniisan*. If by "office" you mean "tv" studio." If you meant "humorous commentary on working adult life," then this will still hit. If you're strict on wanting cubicle banter, then nevermind. It's still good, just not for this rec.

The Great Passage. A very chill anime with some light romance.

*New Game!* is excellent.

Add "Comic Girls" and from last season "A Mangaka´s (Weirdly) Wonderful Workplace".
Both are about manga creation.

"Miss Kobayashi´s Dragon Maid" has the FMC as office worker.
