Season 3 might have been the best of the seasons so far. Even then I don't think it's a masterpiece, but it's endlessly entertaining. The author really knows how to create characters with unique physical designs, interesting powers that not only work on their own but make sense for every God and historical human alike, and incredibly fun personalities, which makes it a blast to watch them do battle, or even just normally interact with each other. My favorite of the three fights in this season is the first one, Hades vs. Qin Shi Huang, the first Chinese Emperor. He had my favorite backstory in the series so far. It was super wholesome seeing the relationship between him and his adoptive mother, who lost her own biological son but found him, whom she initally planned on killing to get revenge, to fill the hole in her heart, and tragic when her end finally came. It was also epic and uplifting seeing her, her biological son, and dozens of others cheering for Qin as he fought Hades. But of course Hades' motivation for fighting was relatable too, as he wanted to get revnege for the death of his younger brother, Poseidon.

Beelzebub vs. Nikola Tesla didn't stand out to me as much as the others, although I did really like Tesla's representation in this series. The last fight in the season was Apollo vs. Leonidas, which was great like usual. I do have a question though, is Artemis a character in this series? Because Apollo's ability was called Artemis, or rather the statue that he summoned which he was able to use to finish off Leonidas, so is Artemis not a separate character in this story? I know they're both Gods of Archery in Greek Mythology. But anyways, Leonidas was super badass. Honestly as far as characters are concerned I think he stood out to me and is more memorable to me more so than Apollo, even though Apollo is the one who won the battle. I really hope this series gets a season 4.
