Is this the end of crunchyroll?
netflix and Sony have made a deal that makes all Sony productions straight to stream on netflex after theatrical runs. Given the currently crunchyroll ownership by funimation/Sony is this a quiet death kneel for the company and where does it lead for distribution of anime movies such as infinity castle

This probably means that if Aniplex, A-1 productions or Cloverworks make an anime movie, then it is brought on Netflix after the theater run, but other studios make deals separately from Sony/Crunchyroll
Edit: in other comments on this post, they explained that Sony Pictures is not responsible for anime
So this deal ***only*** impacts films made and/or published by Sony Pictures Entertainment. Infinity Castle was made by Studio Ufotable and published by Aniplex, neither of which are associated with Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Reading the deal explains the deal.
