Horimiya is a one-off. I loved it right away, and have never found another quite like it. The unique characters and atmosphere is very hard to duplicate. It was also about the only romance anime that has a couple making love early in their relationship - where most romance couples maybe hold hands by episode 10. Fragrant Flower has a great main couple and is excellent - that's about as good as it gets if you want something similar.

It's technically more Slice of Life than Romance, but the main character getting closer to their crush definitely qualifies it at least as Romamce secondary. The focus on the MC making other friends as well will probably help give that Horimiya casual/comfy atmosphere.
Also we should be getting a season 2 this year, so not a bad time to watch it now.
