Just finished Attack on Titan… will I ever find something this good again?

Hi Scary-Novel1137, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

Hunter x Hunter deserves a chance

Imo no, atleast i didnt found anything close as good

It’s all down to taste, some people love AoT and think it’s the best piece of fiction / media. Others like me, appreciate that it is good in parts but that’s it. It’s all subjective to you.

However I do recommend 3 anime that I think you’d like and I find much better: Hunter x Hunter (2011), Frieren & Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

I really think Jujutsu Kaisen is a great anime and that you’d enjoy it, but as it’s subjective, many do not rate JJK either.

There are many, many animes out there that are considered great! Listen to recommendation and give them a three episode try (although for me it can take longer than that to get into them). Best of luck on your journey!

AOT was PEAK anime, There some greats out there but Something closeee will be hard if you're a big anime watcher.

Go try Hells Paradise. S2 is airing right now. As someone who has read the entire manga it is pure cinema and the anime adaptation so far has been incredible. Very adult themes, lots of death and high stakes with a cast of entirely unique, mature and likable characters.

Yes you will dw! Try hunter x hunter, promised neverland s1, and get into berserk the manga, the movies r kinda 3D But the story is still amazing

Vinland saga is top tier

AoT was good you are not wrong but you need to broaden your taste a little. Try samurai champloo as a palate cleanser. Then I would suggest berserk if you want the harshness of AoT. Chronicles of Shangrila is great if you want an isekai without all the 'false modesty but harem' wank. I like the weird anime like blood blockade battlefront but they tend to not get continued.

I can't tell you if you will find it as good as aot, so I will just give you some recommendations that I think are deserving of a watch.

Legend of the Galatic Heros

Mushishi

Monster

Gintama

Fate series

Violet Evergarden

Code Geass

Hajime no ippo

Ashita no joe

You will find different kinds of good anime. Like different genres etc

Try Berserk.

There’s plenty out there that’s easily as good, if not better. It’s all subjective, of course, and it depends on what your favorite parts of AoT were.

AoT is a mystery at its core, so if that drew you in, you could try other mystery/thrillers like Erased, Promised Neverland, Death Note, Code Geass or Psycho-Pass.

If it was the hype fights, try a battle show like Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia, Hunter x Hunter, Demon Slayer or Chainsaw Man. Special mention to Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, as well.

For more recs that might be outside of AoT’s wheelhouse, maybe something more chill or goofy, try Freiren, Mob Psycho, or One-Punch Man.

And if you want something to really invest in, with insane amounts of lore and prequels, sequels and spinoffs everywhere, try Fate.

AOT is one of my favorite, if not THE favorite, anime of all time, glad you loved it as well.

Here's some other anime's that i enjoyed just as much as AOT

Vinland Saga, Full metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Violet evergarden.

These three are also some of my favorite anime of all time, hope you will enjoy these as well.

nothing is like AOT bro
but you can watch one piece which will give you another kind of experience

This is how I felt when I watched Tokyo Ghoul the first time I watched it! You may enjoy it as well, but there is a serious nostalgia factor for me since it was one of the first anime I watched
