What I didn’t like personally is how it constantly jumped from character to character, how they never really used Subarus power during the arc and the resolution to Greeds power was stupid as hell. He was supposed to be this powerful scary villain but the fight against him felt like a comedic relief, especially in the anime, and the solution to beat him came out of thin air. It would be better if Subaru died on repeat and slowly figured it out. Instead we got this abomination of an arc that didn’t make any sense

In the LN, regulus managed to catch off guard reinhard multiple times, cut off his leg. Also he threw multiple attacks on subaru that made him do lots of parkour. Yeah a lot of content cut from ln, especially about Regulus

None of the adaptations past season 1 do a great job adapting the source imo not like it did. Not to say the source is perfect, but even outside of the animation degredation what they choose to cut and what they keep is really confusing to me. In season 1 the cuts I feel mostly improved the pacing in both season 2 and 3 they just only make the anime more confusing and boring. All the fights of the last season are just the lamest parts of the fight with a few well animated bits here and there.

This PV definitely had way more focus on the fight scenes, which is where a lot of the more obvious directing choices are (the slower scenes really need to be seen in continuity with each other to make the directing more apparent). I think the first half of PV1 has good directing as well, but that's mainly because it was showcasing one specific scene instead of cutting between a bunch of different stuff.

"Redo", "Realize", "Reweave" and now "Recollect." Given the nature of Arc 6, I cannot think of a more perfect title for the opening (other than an initial prediction of "Remember") and based on our preview, it sounds like Konomi Suzuki will continue to knock it out of the park on the openings.
Still no episode count, but given what we've seen so far, I am hoping they are leaning towards a more heavy and lengthy focus on some of the arcs later moments, as this is truly where the arc stands out among all moments in Re Zero prior.

each arc covers almost 80-110 chapters which means each season will cover atleast 2 arcs atleast (s4 of Re:Zero which was supposed to s3 part B but was delayed due to production issues) and till now we have 9 arcs (completed) and the author tolds us that he is going to make atleast 12 arcs so yeah there are more seasons to come

And it also helps with not making it look lazy and uninspired and not flashbang people every time they go there.
Having the fights take place in a pure white room would likely end up looking weird and require more effort to look good visually, so it's a smart decision that actually has more lore implications/more obvious connections to other stuff.

Man, readers weren't kidding when they said everyone's perception of Re:Zero would change starting from Arc 5.
With Arc 6 being the fan favorite, I can only imagine how much bigger the scale and higher the stakes are gonna be.
Hope the Re:Zero train doesn't stop here and we continue to Arc 7. Altho I heard that adapting the ex-side stories would be needed for Arc 7 onwards to have any narrative sense or emotional impact.

Which is sad because White Fox has done Such an amazing job with the product.
Now, I haven't read the source material, and even tho there have been Alot of cut content.. I'm sure there's no denying from readers that White Fox has given the best adaptation they could offer.
Still no episode count, but given what we've seen so far, I am hoping they are leaning towards a more heavy and lengthy focus on some of the arcs later moments, as this is truly where the arc stands out among all moments in Re Zero prior.
