What episodic anime do you enjoy binge watching?
It's pretty well known that episodic anime can be a bit hard to get through because of their nature. Since we can't catch the episodes on TV every week anymore we want to binge a bit with having all episodes available at once, but episodic shows aren't really intended for that.
Like I do like Cowboy Bebop, but binge watching honestly just felt a bit frustrating
That said some times there are episodic anime where you get addicted even with the obvious structure. For me that was Mushishi and Utena. Now Mushishi makes a bit of sense because it's like experiencing a new story every time, it's not like there is a big plot point we must get to, that makes any none plot episodes feel like filler. But I can't explain why love binging Utena so much. It repeats stuff a lot, even thematically, but I can't stop watching, is it really just a catchy tune and good visuals?
Are there any episodic series that you binge watched even though they were episodic?

As much as I loved Mushishi (it's my favorite anime, I've rewatched it multiple times over the years) I just can't binge watch it because that ruins the mood that each episode delivers in a unique way.
Natsume Yuujin-chou
The series really focuses on connections being formed, not given, which makes it that much more meaningful. There's currently 7 seasons out.
