So I recently watched this anime and the starting looked a bit plain and honest , things started getting interesting after finally getting to know yuichi's true face and back stories of other characters.

I watched it all the way when they finished the third game( hide&seek), now the problem was already there since the beginning but it wasn't that implied, but they showed a very sensual scene of Maria taking a bath , it could've been blurred or just showed us a suggestive scene that yes she's taking a bath , but no they had to take a close up shot basic sexualization nothing new. She wore a uniform right? Isn't she a minor?


That balant sexualization ruined it for me, but I was like Ok she is from the management maybe she's already an adult , I tried to ignore that, but after the third game ending , for the fourth game they took kokoragi as a hostage against yuichi and tension, it was downright disgusting, and the scene where they snapped her upper wear with a knife???

I dropped this anime man,,, the girls in the anime are so sexualized and to think all these are minor / literal high school kids!!! The story is so great , the characters were so good , this fucking ruined it for me , the management ladies wore tight clothes as well but I was like whatever, they're adults most probably so I was like whatever office fashion whatever.

This is disgusting, ik this may be the norm in animes whatever but this can be stopped if we drop such shits , the lore was dope , idk why it's so necessary to sexualize minors .


And all that bullshit of " well these type of anime/manga are to attract male gaze" bullshit with that excuse, minors aren't supposed to be attractive to adults , " what about teenage boys?" Ofc it's normal to feel attraction but solely limiting the purpose to be sexy, cute and shit makes you loose touch with reality and make you disgusted with whats a normal human body, and no it's literally not about preferences, this whole thing is so fucked up but whatever, maybe I'm the only one pressed , maybe no body gives two shits and yh nobody will read all this rant but I got this off finally.


And yes there's a difference between finding someone sexy and sexualizing someone. Oh to even think there exist people who'll give all excuses to say both are same.
