So i recently watched BTR and i absolutely loved it. I was wondering if there are any similar animes to it. Not in the introvert style, just something that contains music, band etc.
Hi FriskyFrisker21, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

Girls band cry
Rock is a lady's modesty
(I haven't watched either of them so I'm not sure if they are correct)

My favorite girl group series is *BanG Dream!* Lots of emphasis on the music. The first season is mainly about one band, but in later seasons the other bands that appear get almost equal time. I have not watched the sequel series *BanG Dream! It's MyGo!!!!!* but I expect to at some point.
I also recommend *Carole & Tuesday*, though the music group is more a folk duo than a rock band.

If you mainly care about the band part then there's a ton:
- Girl Bands Cry
- K-on
- Beck
- Rock is a lady's modesty
- BanG Dream (you can go directly to It's my Go if you don't want to watch all the seasons, or just watch from the start)
- Given
- Fukumenkei Noise
- Fuuka
Not rock bands, but still music related:
- Hibikke Euphonium
- Carole and Tuesday
- TariTari
- Sakamichi no Apollon
- Your lie in April

Currently Tamon's B-side is airing which seems to be a comedy about an idol group where the main idol is a gloomy loser at home and has to overcome that with the help of his stan/homehelper.
So at least in theory it hits many of the same beats.

I keep meaning to watch Detroit Metal City. I'm not sure how musical it is, but I'd like to find out.
Does Aggretsuko count?

The three girl-band shows you need to watch beyond Bocchi are Girls Band Cry, Its MyGO!!!!!, and Ave Mujica.
Plenty of the others shows folks are mentioning are great, but they don't scratch the same itch as those four. And for me personally, the other three hit harder than Bocchi, with deeper character writing and more intense and detailed performances.
The other Bang Dream stuff is nowhere near as good as MyGo and Ave Mujica, but it'll suffice if you finish the quality ones and just want to shove more in your face. (guilty.)
Hibike! Euphonium is probably the *best* show people are talking about in this thread, but it's not really about the music; more, organizational dynamics and passion. It's wonderful, but a different kind of story.
