Why does Choso look heavily pregnant JJK season 3 episode 1

Posting here because I don’t have enough comment karma to post in the JJK subreddit. Right so ive seen this one specific frame of what appears to be a heavily pregnant choso holding his tummy multiple times before watching the actual episode and assumed it was just a silly edit, but when I watched the episode it’s absolutely not an edit at all??? Am I going crazy and seeing things or did anyone else notice? Im perplexed, i really see no other way to interpret it LOL hes even holding onto the railing behind him like hes pregnant. I looked and looked but could find no answers online. Please help?
