Need help identifying a sci-fi space anime of some kind

It’s a scfi space anime with an anthropomorphic jackal who might be a criminal or a crime lord bragging about going to college and there’s some girl character in it. I saw it on reels of Facebook. Does anybody know what I’m talking about?

It might be the running man segment from Neo Tokyo. I’m not sure tho.

No that’s not it. It has an anthro jackal in it talking to people on TV and bragging about college and then one scene has him trampled upon funnily with the big character asking where that skinny dog is. I think there was one scene when the girl tortures a dog criminal a bar by petting his neck which is torture for him.

Anyway don’t you hate seeing a scene from an obscure anime and trying to hunt it down?

Hyper Police? Just a random guess.

I found it but no, that’s not it. Looks interesting. No, I remember another scene when the girl was torturing an anthro K9 character in a bar or strip club, and he tortured him by petting under his neck and treating him like the overgrown dog as an ironic interrogation method.

Thanks, but it’s not Space Dandy.
