Hi Character-Promotion1, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

You might also find our [Recommendation Wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/recommendations) or [daily thread](/r/anime/search?q=flair%3Adaily&restrict_sr=on&sort=new&t=week) helpful.

Been there 😅 when you’ve watched a lot it starts feeling like everything blends together. If you’re open to something a bit different in tone you might want to try Odd Taxi (slow burn but really pays off) or Sonny Boy if you want something more experimental. Sometimes switching vibe instead of genre helps break that slump.

thx🙏

Positive_Couple67662026-01-19 18:05

just start one piece and you'll have something to watch everyday

Character-Promotion12026-01-19 18:07

highkey i thought abt it

AdAffectionate31992026-01-19 18:25

I will also endorse this message take the plunge Netflix has scrubbed up some of the earlier episodes now so the black squares ain't a thing I know it's a monumental task but now is good time to start since it's now seasonal the journey is well worth it

AwwZomSam2026-01-19 18:07

Mushoku tensei, how not to summon a demon lord, there was a cute girl in the hero's party, the 100 girlfriends who really really really really really love you, school days ( i didn't go through every 300 anime you watched)

Character-Promotion12026-01-19 18:08

added to the list imma watch it asap

No_Cockroach24672026-01-19 18:12

100 Girlfriends.

shadowraptor8882026-01-19 18:14

There's 73 entries on your planned to watch list but none of them you're interested in ?

Anyway, just start going through the MAL top rated anime, anything with a rating above 8 should at least be worth checking out.

Character-Promotion12026-01-19 18:23

yep exactly. i will take a look

Nativetitain882026-01-19 18:14

Devil man on Netflix isn’t bad

Character-Promotion12026-01-19 18:23

thanks🙏

hariseldonn2026-01-19 18:23

looking at your list, you may enjoy:

Darker Than Black
Guilty Crown
Inuyashiki
Ajin
Kurohitsuji

secret_tsukasa2026-01-19 18:25

If you want. In general. You can start watching and screening seasonal animes.

Every season you get 50-60 new animes. U watch the 1st episode, decide if you want to drop it or keep it, then just watch the ones you kept every week. It's quite enjoyable imo. Drop them later if you get too bored.

emeraldarcana2026-01-19 18:27

Honestly, at this point I sometimes just watch the first three episodes of random anime slop, but I personally find it interesting to check out what’s “below average” because it gives me a sense of why the good stuff is actually good.

LarneNessit2026-01-19 18:31

Red Garden is my go to recommendation for pretty good hidden gems. Sent in NYC 4 girls have to fight for their lives nightly while holding it together during the day. Lots of fashion and drama. Good pacing and high stakes. Beautiful art. I can't really compare it to anything except maybe if Nana and shiki had a baby. Those two shows are also great but not as obscure as Red Garden.

If you have seen it or do end up watching it please let me know what you thought! It's a unique piece of media with a wild ova sequel (one episode)

vonMemes2026-01-19 18:38

I started watching Kaiji from a recommendation I saw on Reddit. Binged the entire first season already. It's not perfect but it's a really fun watch.

LarneNessit2026-01-19 18:38

Wait you have not seen Revolutionary Girl Utena?! Fake anime fan! No one will marry you now.

Character-Promotion12026-01-19 18:42

CRAZY I’M GONNA WATCH IT ASAP

LarneNessit2026-01-20 06:17

Deep down I hope this was not sarcasm.

AdAffectionate31992026-01-19 18:56

If you're looking for a quick watch there is a film on Netflix that recently dropped called 100 Meters that was a surprisingly great watch

Having a read through your anime list ( you have a lot of my favourites there noticeable I didn't see the following, apologies if I did include anything you did watch already so here are 15

.Magi

.That time I got reincarnated as a slime

.monster

.Hunter X hunter

.Gintama

.Frieren a journeys end

.Gantz

.Berserk

.Pluto

.Inuyashiki

.Yuyu hakosho (if you can stomach older animation styles but really good)

.Gurren Lagan

.Samurai champloo

.Psycho Pass

.Steinsgate

Falsus2026-01-19 19:18

The link ain't working for me so I'll just toss out some shows with a shotgun approach:

* **Frieren**: Fantasy adventure show.

* **The Apothecary Diaries**: Mystery show.

* **Umamsume Cinderella Grey**: sports show, very hype.

* **Clevatess**: Dark Fantasy

* **Toji No Miko**: Supernatural show with heavy focus on swordplay.

* **Psycho Pass** Sci Fi cyberpunk setting about a new cop.

* **Rage of Bahamut:Genesis**: fun fantasy adventure series.

* **Garo: Honoo no Kokuin**: Coming of age dark fantasy story set in something inspired by the witch hunts on the Hispanian peninsula.

* **Vexations of a Shut In Vampire Princess** Comedic yuri fantasy harem show.

Character-Promotion12026-01-20 05:02

thank you gonna watch them

Falsus2026-01-20 05:06

Have fun and hopefully you enjoy the shows!

SaxLeo2026-01-19 19:32

You have watched 294 animes?

Character-Promotion12026-01-20 05:01

i think i’m in the 300s

Whathefrenchtoastt2026-01-20 02:15

Same, everything new seems same to every other one ive watched. I'm sick of the usual male mc with female 'kawaii type' followers.

I like action animes, but come on, can't they come up with something different? I want more mature animes
