I need the worst possible anime

I want to peer pressure a friend into watching the worst possible anime, but do want the following stuf in in:

\-a teribke romantic/harem

\-100% of the ¥10 budget to have gone to jiggle physics -the animation to look like it's a PowerPoint presentation -and I want the story to be incomprehensible

(bonus points if they use a stock images somewhere)

Cipher is the kind of anime that is so bad it's good. It's just one movie about 40 mins so you could do it in one sitting.

It's like a Phil Collins cover anime opening for the ENITRE video. There is so much set up and then it just ends. And the two main leads kiss, share the same bed, and eat breakfast of icecream, but they're not gay apparently...they're twin brothers LOL.

I knew people were going to downvote me. But it sucks. Death March to a Parallel World Rhapsody was so much better.

Death March had plot, an actual mystery, in depth characters, and actually interesting world and backstory other than Because God Said So, actual struggle and conflict. It came out at the same time, but awful Smartphone was the greenlight for a second season instead.

I've never gotten over it.
