Need something new to watch

Looking for something to watch that’s similar to cyberpunk edgerunners or DandaDan. I really enjoy watching the love story action type and I’m barely getting into anime so I’m just looking for some good recommendations thanks in advance!🙂

Hi Bright_Surround6503, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

Not exactly like DandaDan, but in terms of genre mixing both Spy x Family and Lycoris Recoil combine action and slice of life scenes seemlessly to me

You might like Chainsaw Man, it mixs of action, chaos, and emotional/love-story elements really well and is great for getting into anime 🙂

Eureka 7 is exactly this. "Love story action type" might as well be its genre.

Been so long since I've heard someone mention Shokugan no shana. It's soooo good

It's a good one for sure. I wish they handled the transition into s3 better, but at least they completed it.

The Chivalry of a Failed Knight

The only bad thing about it is that they never made a second season.

First thing that came to mind is Vivy: Flourite Eye's Song. Kinda going off the weird/sci-fi vibes I guess.

Fate/Stay Night - Unlimited Blade Works

Fantasy, action, and some romance on the side.

I don't think there is anything like dan da dan because it's so unique. I'm trying find something like it too. Durarara was a crazy and unique anime too because of the characters and superrrrr funny. Fooly cooly is a bit weird too with crazy characters. Ranma 1/2 has love, action, and it's super funny also. Sakamoto days is another one
