What was unique about the animation? And how long ago did you see the short?

adambence2026-01-21 15:42

it wasnt mega unique just slightly cant remember many more details, i saw it around a month ago maybe

I'm going to take a wild stab at it and say it might have been the donghua (Chinese animation, not anime) To Be Hero X. That one made a pretty big splash last year.

adambence2026-01-21 16:02

ive checked its not that one, i remember the title having around 5 words but it wasnt a "i was reincarnated" or anything

adambence2026-01-21 16:10

also i dont think its a very big anime at all i think it was quite niche

gud_fellow2026-01-21 15:40

Was he shown extremely rich and were random things exploding in the background?

adambence2026-01-21 15:41

possibly i remember the animation being very colorful

Illya___2026-01-21 15:44

How long ago did you saw it?

adambence2026-01-21 15:51

around a month

Hmm, tried browsing Fall and Winter season anime on My Anime List or Anime planet? Perhaps you will recognize it from the preview. I would say you have a decent chance to find it that way.

i dont remember in the slightest but i remember his hair being very fluid (if that makes any sense)

Whole-Praline-37022026-01-21 16:26

the only animes i can think of that could be captioned "me n bro" that have a blonde guy are sword art online: alicization, devilman crybaby and owari no seraph... which neither of them includes a palace from my memory but that's all i can think of. hope you find it!

Neat-Surprise-4192026-01-21 16:12

Maybe Howl from Howl's Moving Castle?

adambence2026-01-21 16:15

no sadly peak anime tho

ZuriPL2026-01-21 16:25

Owari no Seraph maybe?

adambence2026-01-21 16:37

just checked, not that one sadly it had a english name i probably shouldve mentioned that

ZuriPL2026-01-21 16:44

perhaps banana fish?

adambence2026-01-21 16:48

no but i will add this to the watch list cause it looks cool

ThanksEducational6802026-01-21 18:15

It’s probably some isekai category. Search images under it. You might recognise some character.
Just a guess., it might be “May i ask for one final thing” OR “Isekai office worker”
