This is probably the best of the movies overall. Like always the animation and fights are spectacular but it's the main villain that makes me say that. He's basically a guy who was inspired by All Might but for all the wrong reasons. After All Might lost his powers and the world learned the truth about him, this guy decided he wanted to become the new symbol of peace. He's of the opinion that the reason All Might was so well respected and loved was because of is power alone. Of course that's not the case. His speech reminded me of Stain's encounter with All Migiht at the very end of season 6 of the anime. But it's also revealed that this new guy doesn't actually care about helping people, he just wants the fame without the responsibility. I think it would have been more intersting if he did want to help people but just had more brutal, darker methods of doing it, but I still think this is probably the most interesting villain in any of the movies. I watched it dubbed like usual, and I like that they had Christopher Sabat, who voices All Might, voice this fake. I'm not sure if they did the same in the sub or not, but they probably did. I was confused why he sounded so much like All Might at the very start of the movie when he was watching All Might's fight wiht All For One in isolation, but it made perfect sense when he showed his appearance and goals. I also thought it was interesting how he mimicked All Might's power by using his own Alchemy Quirk. And I can't conclude here without mentioning Bakugo's confrontation with Dark Might towards the end of the film which was super powerful to hear Bakugo say the words tha the does to him about All Might's true strength. Of course this takes place after Bakugo apologizes to Deku in season 6. I thought it was kind of weird though how Deku's final blow to him had him saying every state before smash, and it made me wonder if this was just meant to be symbolic, or if that actually was a power multiplier and he combined the power of every type of smash he can use.
