I am trying to get my dad into anime, any suggestions?

so, I want to get my dad into anime and I don't know what to get him to watch, the only anime he has ever watched (to my knowledge) is rising of the shield hero and he liked it. I am here to request recomendations for me to get him to watch, keep in mind that I will be verifying most animes suggested (all suggestions I look at), so, i ask you, what anime should i get him to watch?

I'd recommend Vinland Saga, target audience is adult males as it's a seinen series but also feel like Vikings is a very dad topic, it's what I'm gonna try convincing my dad to watch when I visit home next month.

Before listing names of anime shows, first find out what types of movies and tv shows he likes.

It’s like going to the movies, what is he in the mood to see? Action, comedy, sci-fi, drama, mystery, etc….

Once you figure that out it’s easier to find anime shows he will like.

As I always say to anime newbies, start off with anime movies first. Then tv series.

Golden Kammui has a great live action version. Show him that to start, then tell him the end of story he's hooked on is only in anime and he should give it a try.
