Any more political anime like One Piece
Hi. So it’s no surprise that one piece is a political anime and that it covers a lot of political issues like tyranny, corruption, freedom and oppression. These are the type of stuff I really like about and to learn since I’m a political geek. Is there any other political anime recommendations like One piece????? I know attack on titan is also another one. And I LOVE THAT ONE AS WELL!!! BUT I WANT MORE!!!!!!

There’s a lot of things I could say about OP, but it’s never really crossed my mind that the appeal was ever it’s fairly shallow politics that it occasionally touches on.
The Gundam series touches on politics but isn't really as deep as it's given credit for, it's primarily about warfare.
*Planetes* is primarily a sci-fi drama but gets quite political as the series progresses.
*Master Keaton* covers political events of the 90s as a premise but doesn't comment on politics itself.
*The Legend of Koizumi* is a political satire about real-life political figures.
